Great to meet you!

Welcome! I strive to create a safe atmosphere that focuses on getting to know you and developing a trusting therapeutic relationship. I am an LPC, a School Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. I specialize in adolescents, teens, adults, and families. I have experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, LGBTQ+, low self-esteem, bullying, school refusal/anxiety, OCD, self-harm, mood disorders, grief and loss.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients using multidisciplinary strategies incorporating elements of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). In addition, I like to invest in an approach that emphasizes a more integrative, collaborative, dynamic, and holistic approach to mental health.

What you can expect from me

My professional philosophy has always been caring and compassionate toward my client’s experiences while encouraging them to develop to their fullest potential. Because each person has different goals for therapy, therapy will be different depending on the individual. In general, you can expect to discuss the current events happening in your life, your personal history relevant to your issue, and report progress.
