Great to meet you!

I provide warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy for people moving through some of life’s heavier seasons. Maybe depression or anxiety has been weighing on you, or you’re managing chronic pain, a big life transition, or the exhausting pull of caregiving. Some of the areas I have experience with include depression, anxiety, chronic pain, life transitions, substance use, and the challenges of caregiving, among others. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm and understanding place to start, and you truly don’t have to carry it alone.

My approach to therapy

I believe in meeting people exactly where they are, with curiosity, respect, and zero judgment. As the mother of an adult daughter with special needs, I understand firsthand the realities of caregiving, resilience, and burnout, and how deeply we all need space for self care. That lived experience shapes the gentle, genuine way I show up for you, so our work can feel human and truly collaborative, always moving at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is to help you return to feeling more like yourself, understand what you truly value, and gently work through whatever stands in the way of living your best life. Our first session is a thorough look at the full picture of your circumstances, so we can start with real understanding. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
