Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and patterns that no longer serve them.

My work is deeply personal.

I chose this field because of my own lived experiences, and I know the importance in finding someone who truly understands what you're going through.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and focused on giving you practical tools you can use in your daily life.

I apply cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths based approach.

What you can expect from me

For the first session, it is all about getting to know each other and setting the foundation for our work together.

  1. We will complete an intake, which covers history, current concerns, and what brought you to therapy.
  2. Discuss goals (what you want to work on, what you hope to change, & what support you're looking for).
  3. Learn what therapy will look like, how sessions typically work, and what you can expect moving forward.
