Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you are carrying more than you can manage on your own. You may be navigating addiction, anxiety, family challenges, or daily stress while trying to continue showing up for work, relationships, and the people who rely on you. Over time, that pressure can show up as chronic worry, burnout, grief, sadness, emotional overwhelm, or a growing sense of feeling stuck and disconnected from yourself. I specialize in substance use and addiction, anxiety, family issues, stress management, and women’s issues. I work with adults, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 5 years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move toward healing, recovery, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with self awareness, honesty, and a willingness to explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy should help you better understand your experiences, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful progress both in and outside of session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to support lasting growth. In our sessions, we may explore past experiences, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions, strengthen emotional awareness, improve coping strategies, and develop practical tools for daily life. I often work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, low mood, burnout, and major life transitions that can make everyday life feel especially difficult.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up as supportive, compassionate, practical, and nonjudgmental. I believe meaningful therapy is built on trust, safety, and collaboration, and I work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I will meet you with empathy while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Whether you are working through recovery, anxiety, family challenges, burnout, grief, or uncertainty about what comes next, we will work together to build greater self awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of confidence, balance, and peace.
