Great to meet you!

Have you ever questioned yourself after being made to feel like your feelings, needs, or experiences didn't matter? Maybe you've spent years trying to keep others happy, second-guessing your decisions, or wondering why you struggle to speak up for yourself. Experiences like these can affect your confidence, mental health, and ability to trust yourself.

I work with adults navigating the effects of emotional abuse, unhealthy interpersonal dynamics, anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

Together, we'll explore how your experiences have shaped you and work toward helping you feel more confident, understand your needs, and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I want you to feel heard, but I also believe therapy is a place to challenge the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck.

We'll explore how past experiences and emotionally harmful dynamics influence your thoughts, emotions, and relationships today.

I may challenge you to consider a different perspective, recognize unhelpful thinking patterns, or practice setting boundaries in situations where it's difficult.

Depending on your goals, I may also suggest exercises or homework between sessions to help you apply what we've discussed in everyday life.

Whether you're working through emotional abuse, anxiety, depression, or people-pleasing, we'll focus on building self-awareness and making meaningful changes at a pace that works for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what you've been experiencing, how it affects your daily life and relationships, and what you'd like to change.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, emotional abuse recovery, or difficulty setting boundaries, you can share at your own pace. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and we'll begin identifying goals for our work together.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is for you to leave with a clearer sense of direction and an understanding of how we can work together toward meaningful change.
