Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

I take an eclectic, personalized approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based interventions with practical, goal-oriented strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions, and build the skills and confidence needed to create lasting change.

I enjoy working with adults from diverse backgrounds, including young professionals, recent college graduates, millennials, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I have a special passion for helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship concerns, codependency, boundary-setting, emotional regulation, and developing a stronger sense of identity outside of their relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing isn’t about simply surviving difficult moments—it’s about learning how to thrive despite them. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll work together to build resilience, strengthen your sense of self, and help you move toward the life you want with greater confidence and purpose.

I strongly believe in the mind-body connection and help clients understand how emotions, thoughts, and behaviors influence one another so they can develop healthier coping strategies and more fulfilling lives.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend some time getting to know each other. I’ll complete a brief assessment to gather important background information about your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy.

From there, the conversation is yours—we’ll focus on what’s most important to you and what you’d like to discuss.

We’ll wrap up by answering any questions you have about the therapy process and make sure you feel comfortable with our plan moving forward.
