Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cinthya Pages, LCSW. I’m a psychotherapist with extensive experience supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional burnout, relationship challenges, and generational trauma. I specialize in working with high-performing women of color—professionals, creatives, and caregivers—who are often carrying the emotional weight of success, identity, and responsibility.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and an MBA in Project Management & Marketing.

My clinical approach is warm, direct, and affirming. In our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and gently challenged to grow. Therapy with me is collaborative, culturally responsive, and rooted in helping you align with the life you truly want to live.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. My goal is to help you safely explore your emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and reconnect with your values so you can feel more present, grounded, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that is warm, grounding, and nonjudgmental—a place where you don’t have to explain your cultural lens or filter your emotions. I create an environment where you can show up fully, be seen in your complexity, and explore what’s been weighing on you emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

In our sessions, we’ll work toward developing greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and alignment with your personal values. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful thought patterns, challenge the survival strategies that no longer serve you, and unpack the impact of generational or cultural expectations. I’ll support you in building healthier boundaries, increasing self-compassion, and making choices that reflect your truth—not just your responsibilities.

Ultimately, clients leave our work with a deeper connection to themselves, more clarity about what they want, and the emotional tools to show up in their lives with confidence, peace, and presence.
