Great to meet you!

There are moments in life when the noise of the world becomes so loud that we lose connection with our own voice. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure of who you are beneath the heavy weight of expectations. Whether you are navigating anxiety, shifts in your identity, relationship conflicts, or spiritual questions, I believe therapy is a safe space to finally pause. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of your unique story.

I work alongside adults, couples, and families who are ready to understand themselves on a deeper level and transform how they relate to the people they love. So much of our struggle comes from the stories we were told to believe. Together, using a collaborative and trauma informed approach, we will explore the messages you have absorbed from early relationships, culture, or faith. We will gently unlearn the beliefs that no longer serve you, creating room for profound insight, emotional healing, and lasting change.

By blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and narrative therapy, we will build practical tools to support emotional regulation, strengthen your communication, and uncover your authentic self. My clients often share how much they appreciate having a space where they are fully seen and heard. In our sessions, there is absolutely no pressure to perform, produce, or pretend. You simply get to be exactly who you are.

Whether you are seeking healing, a renewed sense of purpose, or the clarity to move forward, our work will always center your deepest values and your true voice. You do not have to walk this path alone.

My approach to therapy

My role is to function as a mirror and reflect back what I see/hear to work towards understanding and then alongside you put together the pieces of what is true within your experience and what is not.
