I earned my Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2019. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the states of Washington and Florida. My clinical training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which I integrate to provide evidence-based, client-centered care.
I take a collaborative, Christian-informed, and solution-focused approach to therapy, partnering with clients to develop individualized, person-centered treatment plans that foster healing, growth, and renewed hope. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients can process trauma and explore the negative core beliefs that often contribute to emotional distress and mental health challenges.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is my primary treatment modality due to its strong evidence base in trauma treatment; however, each therapeutic approach is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and values of the individual.
Each session is structured to produce meaningful movement toward your goals. You can expect to leave with greater clarity, renewed hope, and concrete next steps. Our work will actively integrate insight and application, helping you understand your experiences while developing practical strategies you can implement immediately.
Between sessions, you may engage in targeted skill practice, guided reflection, behavioral tracking, or intentional exercises designed to reinforce progress. Every intervention is purposeful, building momentum toward measurable growth, increased emotional regulation, and lasting resilience.
