Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in trauma-informed care for teens, adults, and couples. I earned my undergraduate degree from UCLA and completed my graduate studies at California Lutheran University (CLU).With experience as a school-based therapist and in a hospital setting, she has worked with clients of all ages. My diverse background enables me to provide compassionate, culturally responsive care that fosters resilience and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed, prioritizing each client's unique experiences and needs. I utilize an eclectic mix of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This combination allows me to tailor my methods to promote resilience and growth, helping clients navigate their challenges while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you can expect a collaborative approach that provides a safe space where you can be seen, heard, and understood. I believe that vulnerability can be a source of strength, and together, we'll explore your experiences and challenges. My ultimate goal is to support you in reaching your personal goals, empowering you to overcome obstacles and foster growth. By working together, we’ll create a trusting relationship that encourages open dialogue and self-discovery.
