Great to meet you!

I provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults managing concerns with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, attachment, school issues, and trauma. I use both talk and expressive therapies. I use different therapeutic modalities such as, EMDR, mindfulness based, CBT, Psychodynamic, and play therapy when appropriate and to match the needs of each client.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I view therapy as collaborative and provide a supportive space for clients to develop curiosity about their beliefs, thoughts, and experiences. I believe that individuals have an innate capacity to move towards growth when given the right support and environment. I practice non-judgmental listening, compassion, and authenticity during our work together. I look forward to meeting you.

What you can expect from our first session

Our work together depends on your needs and goals. We will discuss your hopes for therapy, and we will have ongoing conversations about how therapy is progressing.
