Great to meet you!

Life can change in ways we never expected. Whether you’re grieving a loss, adjusting to a serious illness, caring for someone you love, waiting for answers, or simply feeling stuck in a major transition, it can be difficult to know how to move forward while also making sense of what you’re feeling.

I specialize in grief and bereavement, serious illness, caregiver stress, and anticipatory grief. I also work with adults navigating life transitions, attachment, relationship challenges, and identity shifts, as well as couples working to strengthen communication and connection during difficult seasons.

With a background in medical settings, I understand the ways that illness, caregiving, and loss can impact far more than just one part of your life. They can affect your sense of identity, your relationships, your routines, and the way you see yourself and your future.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a therapy space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human. My style is warm, patient-centered, and collaborative, with an emphasis on listening and understanding before offering guidance. Together, we’ll work toward greater understanding, meaningful change, and practical tools to help you feel more grounded and connected.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what has been feeling difficult, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

I’ll ask questions about your current circumstances, relationships, and experiences so I can better understand the bigger picture. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—we can take it at your pace.

Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood. Together, we’ll begin identifying what you may need from therapy and develop a plan that feels supportive and realistic for you.
