Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I'm really glad you're here. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just not like yourself lately, you're not alone — reaching out can be the hardest part, and I'm here to make that process feel easier and actually helpful. I'm especially passionate about creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals who may not have felt heard in past healthcare experiences.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, down-to-earth approach to care. That means I truly listen, take your concerns seriously, and work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your life — not a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, or stress, we'll focus on real, practical steps to help you start feeling better. Patients often tell me they appreciate having a provider who is easy to talk to, responsive, and focused on what actually works for them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable, judgment-free conversation where I get to know you, understand what's been going on, and hear your goals. I offer convenient telehealth appointments so you can get the support you need from home, with flexible scheduling designed to fit your busy life. By the end of our first visit, we'll have a clear sense of next steps and a plan tailored to you.
