Great to meet you!

If you're a parent watching your child struggle, a teen who feels like no one gets it, or an adult carrying more than you know how to name, you're in the right place. I work with clients across every stage of life, from toddlers to seniors, and I understand that anxiety, depression, and trauma don't look the same at every age. Over the years I've sat with people through some of their hardest moments, and I've learned that healing starts with having one person who won't flinch at what you bring into the room.

My approach to therapy

I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and play-based approaches like PCIT, depending on who's in front of me and what they need. With kids, that often means meeting them where they are, through play and story rather than just conversation. With teens and adults, we'll work on naming what's really going on and building coping skills you can actually use outside of session. I'm direct and down to earth. I'm not going to talk at you in clinical jargon.

What you can expect from me

Showing up to a first session can feel nerve-wracking, and that's completely normal. We'll start by talking through what brought you in and what you're hoping is different on the other side of this. There's no pressure to have it all figured out. My job in that first conversation is to listen, ask good questions, and start building a plan together for what our work will look like.
