Great to meet you!

One of the reasons I became a therapist is because I deeply believe in people’s ability to grow, heal, and write their story no matter their circumstances. I truly care about people and the courage it takes to share their experiences. I hold a deep respect for the dignity and worth of every person, and I value authenticity, compassion, and practical strategies that bring light and renewal into everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a warm, encouraging, and non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. My style is collaborative and focused on walking along side of you, while helping to empower your growth. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches, tailoring each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace. My aim is to help you build resilience, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence in both everyday life and long-term healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a gentle introduction to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what led you to therapy, what feels important right now, and what you hope for moving forward. My hope is that you’ll leave with a sense of being heard, supported, and a clearer direction for next steps.
