Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eight years of experience supporting people through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and the challenges of building a life that feels meaningful and manageable. I especially enjoy working with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves, including those who are used to taking care of everyone else. My style is warm, curious, and practical, and I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself while building confidence and tools that fit your real life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and parts-based approaches, adapting therapy to your goals and pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath anxiety, stress, or patterns that are getting in your way while building practical skills you can use in everyday life. I also practice from a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed lens.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a relaxed, welcoming space focused on getting to know one another and getting comfortable. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and what feels most supportive to you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for, and you set the pace of the conversation. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and free to show up as yourself.
