Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker it's my goal to build trust and connection with my clients. Through this, we can work together to deepen understanding of who you are and what changes you're looking to make in your life. I've worked with young adults and adults in a variety of life stages. Whether you're looking to cope with a major mental health concern or looking to enhance your life, our work together will focus on your goals.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy with an open, compassionate, and genuine attitude. Each session is tailored to what you want to get out of therapy. I can provide you with resources and tools to implement in your day to day, or we can delve into your past. Therapy should always be centered around you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other and explore your reasoning for coming to therapy. It's important to align with your therapist and feel comfortable. I aim to provide a safety in that first session that will allow us the necessary capacity for growth in our therapeutic space.
