Great to meet you!

I’m here to listen to your story, understand your unique perspective, and offer a safe, supportive space where even the most uncomfortable emotions can be explored with care and compassion. My work focuses on helping individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients on their journeys for the past nine years.

Originally from abroad and now based in New York, I bring an international lens to my work. I hold a graduate degree from Columbia University and am currently continuing my professional development through advanced training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in relational, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed frameworks. I believe that centering you—your goals, your pace, and your lived experience—is essential to meaningful work. I look forward to getting to know you, exploring your story, and navigating life’s challenges together.

What you can expect from our first session

I bring warmth, empathy, a touch of humor, and a trauma-informed lens to every session. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can comfortably explore your memories, dreams, and inner world—both conscious and unconscious.
