I am an empathetic English/Spanish bilingual clinician with experience working with children, adolescents, women, couples, and families. I support individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, life transitions and substance use. My experience includes working in medication assisted treatment programs, where I've supported individuals through recovery, relapse prevention, and building healthier coping strategies.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all method, so I draw from evidence-based practices to meet your unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported as we work through challenges like anxiety, depression, life transitions, or stress. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
Our first session is really about connection. We’ll talk through what’s been going on in your life, what brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to change or improve. You’ll also have space to ask questions and get a sense of how I work so you can decide if it feels like a good fit.
