I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has training in Geek Therapy, ADHD, and Postnatal Moms. I am a neurodivergent mom myself and find it helps to bring insight to others.
For couples I have training in Gottman, EFT and Resilience types of therapy. Using multiple ways to reach multiple different people.
I love working with people are ready to sit down and understand themselves. I like to work in a solution-oriented lens specialized for my clients. I work colloboratively to help build insight into the patterns that got people to where they are today.
In our first session we will go over background information and if there is time we will start discussing what brought you into therapy.
