Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Colombian-American Clinical Social Worker who earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Boston College.

For over a decade, I've worked with children, teens, young adults, and families in community mental health settings, supporting clients through life’s challenges—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or adjusting to a new culture.

My approach to therapy

I take a culturally sensitive, affirming approach to therapy and draws from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I'm especially passionate about helping people strengthen their relationships, improve communication, and build the tools they need to feel more confident and connected.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help create a safe, inclusive space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe everyone has the ability to heal and thrive—and I'm here to help you get there.
