Great to meet you!

You don't have to have been in a crisis for your struggles to be real, but if you have, I've likely sat in rooms like the ones you've been in. My career has taken me through emergency rooms, correctional facilities, the Veterans Administration, and child protective services. What those years taught me is how resilient people are, and how much the right support at the right moment can change everything. Today I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, sleep, and the weight of physical health concerns. Clients often describe me as someone who has seen a lot and judges nothing.

My approach to therapy

Our work centers on the connection between how you think, how you feel, and what you do, because those three things are always influencing each other. We identify the patterns keeping you stuck, challenge the thoughts that aren't serving you, and build practical tools you can actually use between sessions. I have a particular focus on people living with chronic illness, physical health challenges, or grief that doesn't follow the timeline others expect. The pace is yours throughout.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with what brings you in and what you're hoping to feel different. I'll also walk you through what stays confidential and what doesn't, so there are no surprises going in. You don't need to have it all figured out before we talk. That's what we're here for. When you're ready, reach out.
