Great to meet you!

I graduated from Wake Forest University with a Master of Arts in Counseling in 2011, just a few days after giving birth to my first child. I went to my hooding ceremony with my hospital ID bracelet still on my wrist! In 2013, I began my professional career with Youth Villages, doing in-home multi-systemic therapy with families. I primarily see individuals and couples struggling with the stress of the constantly increasing speed of life.

My approach to therapy

I support clients with IFS, EFT, and CBT, and others.

What you can expect from me

My clients are often seeking improved relationships. I love working with individuals seeking to improve their self knowledge and also with couples seeking more depth in their relationships.
