Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting adults through a wide range of life challenges, including trauma, anxiety, stress, depression, and major life transitions. I graduated from Adelphi University with my Master of Social Work degree and I am certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidenced-based treatment for trauma and PTSD. In addition to CPT, I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's individual needs, drawing from my board clinical experience to support meaningful growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to better understand themselves and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we will begin getting to know one another and building a strong therapeutic connection. This initial session is an opportunity for me to learn more about your background, current concerns, and what has brought you to therapy, while also giving you the chance to ask questions and determine if we are a good fit. Together, we will begin identifying what you hope to gain from therapy and discuss goals that feel meaningful to you. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported as we begin the process of creating positive change.
