I am passionate about working with individuals seeking to process and heal from complex trauma whether that is from childhood abuse, abusive relationships, traumatic grief, or a difficult past with your family of origin. I am also passionate about working with adults who suspect they are neurodivergent or have a new diagnosis of ADHD (Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder).

I utilize a combination of approaches and aim to work alongside my clients in their healing processes. I am trained and certified in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and utilize this modality with most clients. I also use solution-focused strategies to help clients manage their daily lives and feel more in control of their environments. I have a direct and compassionate approach to therapy and am ready to work with clients who are eager to explore and understand themselves.

I want to help you understand the “why” you may be searching for when you react in a way you’d rather not towards your partner, your children, or your friends. I want to help you build compassion for yourself in regards to those behaviors and guide you on ways to regulate your emotions. And, ultimately, I want to help you move forward and process your trauma so you can live your life.
