Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Claressa Everett, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting adults and teens on their healing journeys. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Memphis and have a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and family systems work. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique story. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I’m here to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, empowered, and equipped for growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert of your own experience, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and care. I take a holistic view of healing—recognizing the mind-body connection and how past experiences can shape present patterns. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what healing and growth can look like for you.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect to leave sessions with greater clarity, practical tools for managing life’s challenges, and a deeper understanding of themselves. I focus on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Whether we're working on emotional regulation, building healthier relationships, or healing from past experiences, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and aligned with the life you want to live.
