Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience treating adolescents and adults across inpatient and outpatient settings.

I work primarily with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional burnout, and women’s mental health concerns, especially when life feels overwhelming and difficult to manage day to day.

Many of my patients are navigating high levels of responsibility, major life transitions, postpartum changes, or ongoing mental and emotional exhaustion. My goal is to help you understand what you’re experiencing and create a treatment plan that is realistic, structured, and focused on stability and improvement.

I provide medication management and supportive, evidence-based care. I take a direct and collaborative approach so you understand your diagnosis, your options, and what meaningful progress should look like over time.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and straightforward approach to care that focuses on helping you feel understood, supported, and informed throughout treatment.

My style is practical and goal-oriented. I focus on identifying what is contributing to your symptoms and creating a treatment plan that is realistic for your daily life. This includes medication management when appropriate, along with education so you understand your diagnosis and your options clearly.

I work especially with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum and life transition-related challenges. My goal is to help you build stability, improve functioning, and feel more in control of your mental health over time.

I prioritize clear communication and shared decision-making so you are an active part of your treatment every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting a clear, accurate picture of what’s going on. We’ll go over your symptoms, history, prior treatments, medications, and any current stressors.

You can expect:

A thorough psychiatric evaluation

Direct questions (some may feel personal, but they’re necessary)

Initial diagnosis or diagnostic considerations

A clear treatment plan, which may include medication, therapy recommendations, or both

If medication is appropriate, I’ll explain why it’s being chosen, what to expect, and potential side effects.

My goal after the first session is for you to leave with clarity: understanding what’s going on, what the plan is, and what the next steps look like.
