Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 10 years of clinical experience. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and a Master’s degree specializing in Psychiatric Mental Health. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse patient populations and am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in medication management and the treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions, including ADHD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

My approach to therapy

My approach is patient-centered and collaborative. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered in their care. I believe in tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s unique needs, combining clinical expertise with a holistic understanding of mental health and well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are heard and taken seriously. The initial visit is focused on getting to know you as a whole person—not just your symptoms. We will complete a comprehensive assessment that includes your mental health history, medical background, current concerns, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatments. This helps me develop a clear understanding of your needs and goals. Together, we will begin to identify priorities for your care and discuss potential treatment options, which may include medication management, supportive therapy, or referrals if needed. I encourage open communication and collaboration, so you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and be actively involved in your treatment plan. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of your diagnosis (if applicable), an initial treatment plan, and next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, informed, and confident about the path forward.
