Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Clarissa Rosas. I’ve spent much of my career supporting children, teens, and families, including time as a school-based mental health therapist and in case management roles with both children and adults. I enjoy working with people as they navigate anxiety, depression,

trauma, behavioral concerns, and life transitions. I care deeply about helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

Outside of work, I value time with my family. I’m married, have two young children, and share my home with a golden retriever named Jack. In my downtime, you’ll often find me watching a good crime documentary, reading, or in the kitchen cooking and baking.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and grounded in creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. I focus on practical strategies that help you better understand what you’re experiencing, strengthen coping skills, and improve relationships. Our work together is shaped by your goals and what feels most helpful for you, with an emphasis on building resilience and confidence over time.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. You’ll have space to share what’s been going on in your life and what you hope to work toward. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and aligned with where you are right now.
