Great to meet you!

Choosing to begin counseling is a meaningful first step on your journey toward self-discovery, wellness, and growth. It would be an honor to work alongside you and support you through whatever you're facing. One of the beautiful things about therapy is that it’s not just for difficult times: you can also seek support during life’s most joyful and transformative moments. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals at your own pace. Whether you're navigating anxiety, a life transition, or simply seeking greater clarity, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence!

My approach to therapy

I take a kind and understanding approach in counseling, meeting clients where they are and helping them feel comfortable and supported. Whether you’re starting a new chapter, managing stress, or working through anxiety, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, valued, and encouraged in your journey. Some of my areas of focus are anxiety, adjustment issues, stress management, career counseling, self-esteem & trauma.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you’ll have the chance to share your story at your own pace. There’s no pressure - this time is all about you and what you feel comfortable exploring. I’m here to listen with care, offer support, & help you set meaningful goals for our work together. This space is yours to use in the way that feels most helpful, whether that means talking things through, engaging in activities, or simply having a safe place to pause and reflect.
