Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor practicing since 2017. I earned my M.Ed. in Counseling from Sul Ross State University and have experience providing therapy in private practice and supporting military families.

I provide online individual therapy for adults across Texas, with a focus on high-functioning anxiety, relationship struggles and trauma, family-of-origin patterns, people-pleasing, boundaries, self-doubt, and major life transitions.

I’m a lifelong Texan, wife of 10 years, mom of 2 little boys, and dog mom. Clients can expect me to be warm, down-to-earth, honest, and easy to talk to. I use humor when it fits and believe therapy can be meaningful without feeling stiff or overly clinical.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative. You won’t have to fill the hour while I sit and nod. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, help you recognize patterns, offer honest feedback, and gently challenge the fears or beliefs keeping you stuck.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, while also drawing from attachment-based and psychodynamic perspectives within a trauma-informed approach. We’ll work on practical ways to manage what’s happening now while also understanding the experiences and relationship patterns that may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope will be different. I’ll ask about your current concerns, important relationships, relevant history, and any previous experiences with therapy.

You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly where to begin or how to explain everything perfectly. We’ll take it one step at a time, clarify your goals, and begin identifying what may help you feel more supported and move forward.
