Great to meet you!

Fun fact: when I’m not in session, you’ll probably find me deep in a complex puzzle, practicing yoga, traveling, or enjoying precious time with family and friends.

As a therapist, I bring that same curiosity, patience, and grounded presence into my work with clients. I support children, adolescents, adults, seniors, individuals, couples, and families navigating substance use and addiction, anxiety, ADHD, anger management, emotional regulation, depression, eating disorders, OCD, sleep concerns, trauma, PTSD, panic symptoms, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable enough to be yourself while also feeling supported in making meaningful change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure where to begin, we can work together to better understand what is going on and build practical tools that help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

With a commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and client-centered space, I strive to help my clients gain emotional clarity and resilience while navigating life’s challenges calmly and confidently.

My approach is warm, collaborative, solution oriented, and tailored to each person’s needs. I draw from Behavioral Activation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent Management Training, Play Therapy, EMDR, Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness-Based strategies, Strength-Based Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Depending on your goals, our work may focus on understanding patterns, managing difficult emotions, building coping skills, improving communication, strengthening relationships, processing trauma, or creating healthier routines. Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, addiction recovery, depression, eating concerns, OCD, sleep issues, panic, family stress, or trauma, therapy can help you feel more grounded and equipped.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you simply get to show up as yourself. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and what feels most important to you. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive.

From there, we’ll move at a pace that feels manageable while identifying goals, building trust, and creating a plan that supports meaningful progress. I want therapy to feel like a place where you are met with warmth, humor, honesty, and compassion. As we work together, you can build stronger coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, feel more confident, and feel supported from the very beginning.
