Great to meet you!

Finding peace, clarity and happiness isn't easy when life brings confusion, pain, loneliness and disconnection from yourself and others, I'd like to help.

I work with people suffering from symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, struggles in relationship, and other self defeating behaviors. I worked at the world renowned The Meadows in Wickenburg, Arizona.

I am a certified sexual addiction therapist (CSAT), also trained in betrayal trauma healing and couples healing using emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to reconnect healthy attachment needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

People centered, experiential, inner child, mindfulness, EMDR, attachment based for healing trauma, and nervous system regulation.
