Therapy with me is intentional, collaborative, and grounded. It’s not passive and it’s not surface-level. I work to create a space where you feel supported enough to grow into who you want to become and if you’re not yet sure who that is, that’s okay. Exploration and discovery are part of the work, and we do that together.
Transparency matters to me. While no space can be guaranteed to feel completely safe all the time, I’m committed to creating a brave and supportive space, one where emotional risk-taking is honored, curiosity is encouraged, and discomfort is met with care rather than judgment. If something feels challenging or unexpected, we slow down, reflect, and work through it together.
I integrate evidence-based practices with creative and embodied approaches, including DBT, drama therapy and creative arts–based interventions, somatic awareness, attachment-informed and relational frameworks, and mindfulness and values-based practices. Together, we explore patterns and beliefs while also practicing skills that support regulation, boundaries, and self-trust, so therapy helps you feel more capable outside the session. We move at a pace that respects your readiness, honoring both your strengths and your nervous system.
