Great to meet you!

Have you ever experienced a difficulty that left you feeling isolated? Or a relationship that just didn’t make sense? These are all parts of being human but can leave us feeling unsettled, disconnected, confused, and hurt. I genuinely enjoy connecting with people, hearing their stories, and helping them through the hard times. Above all else, I find it important to create a safe space for my clients to feel secure enough to speak openly and show the more vulnerable parts of themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

When working with clients I utilize a systemic lens to help individuals attain and maintain a strong sense of self, secure relationships and overall well-being. I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, perinatal mental health, and family of origin issues.

What you can expect from our first session

Typically, those who have benefited most from working with me are clients who appreciate a candid, respectful, and collaborative approach. If this sounds like a good fit for your needs, I would love to speak about how to support you in reaching your own goals.
