Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2018. I was drawn to therapy through my own mental health journey of recovery from childhood trauma, depression, and anxiety. In training, I've worked in the education system, substance abuse recovery, and family trauma with teen boys. I am a certified NARM (neuroaffective relational model) therapist, specializing in attachment trauma and somatic mindfulness.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is client focused which invites an open agenda. There is no expectation or pressure from my end because it’s not about fixing you; it's about being connected. There is no right or wrong way; there's just curiosity, presence, compassion, and — sometimes — laughter.

What you can expect from our first session

During our first session, I will explain my background and how I approach therapy. After the session, most of my clients report feeling more relaxed and less nervous since there is no pressure to have a "good" session. They experience having more clarity because I ask questions that support the intention that they set out to achieve for themselves.
