Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that everyone has the right to live to their well life. Autonomy and right to self -determination are important to me and how I practice. I believe that we have the answers, but at times we need guidance and support to help us reveal those answers. My main focus is working with those individuals that struggle with anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I foster an environment in which the client is the expert in their own lives, and I bring my expertise in human development and behavior. Together, we partner on this wellness journey to help you arrive at your intended destination. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm, supportive environment that allows you to use this experience for reflection, exploration and personal growth. As you identify what you want to achieve in therapy, we will work together to make these goals a reality for you.
