Great to meet you!

I have 16 years of counseling experience and work with teens, adults, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, anger, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I also support clients dealing with panic, OCD, sleep concerns, relationship issues, family conflict, and substance use.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I take an open-minded, holistic, and solution-oriented approach, and I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I provide therapy in English and French.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and personalized, which means I draw from different evidence-based methods depending on what will best support you. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Family Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their patterns, build practical coping tools, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make progress, I aim to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming conversation where I take time to understand what brought you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll listen closely, ask questions to learn more about your history and current concerns, and help us begin identifying goals for our work together.

My focus in the first session is to make sure you feel comfortable, understood, and clear on the next steps. Together, we’ll start building a treatment plan that fits your needs and helps you move toward the changes you want to see.
