Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist working with adolescents and adults, including neurodivergent individuals, struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions and relationship patterns. I ask questions most people avoid, connect dots you didn’t know were connected, and I’ll be honest with you even when it’s uncomfortable. Expect honesty, real conversation and the occasional laugh.

My approach to therapy

I look at the whole person, not just the presenting problem. I pull from multiple frameworks depending on what you need. Together we’ll explore where your patterns come from and how they’re showing up in your life, because understanding yourself is only valuable if it leads to actually living differently.

What you can expect from me

Expect good questions, honest conversation, and real sense of whether we’re a good fit. I want to understand not just what brought you in, but who you are and what you actually want your life to look like. You won’t leave with all the answers, but you will leave feeling genuinely heard and with a clear sense of where we’re headed.
