Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I am dedicated to helping navigate life's challenges with compassion, respect, and understanding. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you can feel safe, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based perspectives, and motivational interviewing. I work with adults who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, family concerns, and difficult life transitions. I believe each person has unique strengths and the ability to grow through life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can be a meaningful part of your healing journey. I feel privileged to support my clients as they build resilience, increase self awareness, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. Together we will identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and create a path toward your personal goals.
