Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker since 2014, I believe prioritizing mental health is essential to well being and stability in life.

My population of focus is with adults 18 years to 80 years who are struggling with depression and anxiety.

My approach to therapy

  • Mindfulness Integration: Certified mindfulness teacher who blends these practices into daily clinical therapeutic work.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Focuses on setting clear, actionable goals for each session to build continuous progress.
  • Eclectic Style: Uses a variety of therapeutic modalities and assignments/homework tailored specifically to individual client needs.
  • Communication Style: Described as an honest, direct, and active listener who focuses on providing clear guidance to help clients unlock their potential

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure.
