Claudia Cardona

Hello everyone, my name is Claudia Cardona and I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Texas. I have been practicing counseling for the past 9 years but I have a strong background in mental health. I have provided therapy in various settings such as public behavioral health, clinical shelter and private practice. These experiences have provided me with ways to understand my clients, regardless of background or circumstance, and I have been able to deliver treatment that is meaningful to them.

My clients have described me as warm, empathetic and a good listener. My approach is solution focused to help my clients accomplish their therapeutic goals using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

During your initial session, my goal is to create a safe space for you feel comfortable to discuss your concerns and build rapport. After assessment and evaluation, you can also expect to collaborate with me in creating treatment goals to help meet your specific needs.
