Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable opening up. With over 20 years of experience, I have worked with adults across the lifespan. My experience includes supporting individuals dealing with chronic pain, brain injuries, aging related concerns, dementia, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to better serve a diverse range of clients.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, working together with clients to exploring life challenges and uncover the root cause of their concerns. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Solution focused strategies. I also incorporate mindfulness and relaxation techniques to help clients build coping skills and improve overall wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I will gather information about your current concerns, background, and goals for therapy. This helps us to create a clear, personalized plan for moving forward and ensures our work together is focused and meaningful.
