Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who enjoys helping people feel more grounded, confident, and connected. I work with individuals navigating a variety of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and major life changes. Therapy with me is warm, judgment-free, and tailored to your needs—no pressure, no rushing. We’ll move at your pace and focus on what matters most to you. My goal is to help you feel understood and supported every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is supportive, goal-focused, and practical. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies to help you build insight, manage emotions, and create positive change. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to what matters most to you. We’ll focus on progress, strengths, and next steps—one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a calm, judgment-free space. We’ll discuss what’s been going on, what you want support with, and what feeling “better” might look like for you. I’ll help you set clear, realistic goals and offer initial tools or insights you can start using right away. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported and hopeful.
