Great to meet you!

As a Latina attachment based therapist, I hold space for those navigating the complexity of identity, belonging, and connection. My approach is relational and collaborative — grounded in early relationships, IFS/parts work, and the mind-body connection. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have longed to be seen and understood.

My approach to therapy

I work with a diverse range of individuals, including Latine and first-generation adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, young professionals, BIPOC, as well as service members and veterans. My clients are often deeply reflective, inquisitive, and highly driven individuals. They seek to process experiences such as shame, imposter syndrome, or the uncertainty that comes with life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Together, we explore how family of origin dynamics and cultural expectations shape the way you move through the world- and how to create new patterns that honor both where you come from and who you’re becoming. In our work, I invite you to explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, helping you soften the weight of responsibility and find greater ease in intimacy with yourself and others.
