Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (Spanish-speaker) with a passion for working with individuals from different backgrounds to improve mental health.

I'm licensed in both SC and GA and hold a Trauma-Responsive Care Certification through The Tristate Trauma Network. Additionally, I am working towards my Perinatal Mental Health Certification.

I have experience treating people experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma-related disorders, and perinatal mental health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and client-centered, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-informed care therapy. Based on your needs, we may explore your past experiences, thinking patterns, emotional distress, problem-solving and/or coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

It takes courage to be authentic and vulnerable with a complete stranger. I am committed to fostering a positive and safe environment where my clients can explore difficult emotions and experiences. I am here to guide and support you on your journey toward self-discovery and healing. Based on your needs, I will help you explore your past experiences, thinking patterns, emotional distress, problem-solving and/or coping strategies.
