Great to meet you!

For over 33 years I have walked alongside people through some of life's most

challenging passages: grief, loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, and the quiet weight of

a major life change. I believe every person carries untapped strengths waiting to be

discovered. I would love to help you find yours. Let's take that first step together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and tailored to you. I draw on Solution Focused and Cognitive

Behavioral principles, weaving in mindfulness, Jungian, and humanistic techniques

depending on what fits best for each individual. I practice from a strength-based,

client-centered perspective: our sessions start with what is working in your life and

build outward from there. In a warm, affirming, nonjudgmental space, we gently

explore the awareness and insight that help quiet self-doubt and open a clearer path

forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will take time to truly listen: to understand what has brought you

here and what you are hoping to find. There is no pressure to have the perfect words.

By the end of that first conversation, most people leave with a quiet sense of relief,

simply from being heard. Over time we will work at a pace that feels right for you,

uncovering the strengths already within you.
