Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with clinical experience helping individuals, families, and adolescents navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationships. I specialize in working with teens and families, providing a supportive and collaborative space to foster healing, resilience, and growth. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), utilizing evidence-based approaches to support clients in their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is strengths-based, culturally responsive, and rooted in the belief that each client possesses unique strengths and the capacity for growth. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Rather than telling clients what to do, I walk alongside them as they uncover the insight, resilience, and answers that already exist within them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the first session to be a welcoming, relaxed conversation where we begin getting to know one another and explore what brings them to therapy. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable sharing at their own pace while we discuss their concerns, strengths, goals, and hopes for therapy. Together, we'll determine whether we are a good fit and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and aligned with their needs.
