Great to meet you!

Like you, I had to make a call to a therapist and vulnerably expose parts of me so I could heal. The trade off? An improved sense of self-worth, decreased anxiety and healing from trauma wounds. It would be my pleasure to aid you along in your journey of creating a forgiving, accepting and compassionate relationship with yourself. Through a collaborative approach we can accomplish your personalized goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It’s important to me that we establish a working relationship. My hope is you feel understood, not judged, safe, heard and cared for. Therapy can be hard work, but you don’t have to leave each session feeling drained. My goal is to make you feel comfortable so we can break down the walls that prevent change from happening.

What you can expect from our first session

I try my best to offer not only insight and education, but skills that will help you manage your mood. The hope is at the end of each session you are ending with learning something about yourself, a new coping skill or perspective.
