Great to meet you!

My practice is grounded in the humanistic belief that every individual possesses an inherent capacity for growth and self-actualization. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed environment where clients feel empowered to explore the complexities of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

In addition to individual work, I specialize in couples therapy, where I facilitate a collaborative space for partners to navigate relationship challenges and strengthen their emotional bond. Whether working with couples seeking deeper connection or individuals managing depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, I am committed to a partnership that empowers my clients to achieve their goals and foster lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

As an Experiential counselor and clinical psychologist, I am dedicated to empowering clients to cultivate lasting resiliency. My practice is grounded in a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Humanistic Counseling. I offer specialized support for children through Play Therapy, providing a developmentally appropriate space for healing and growth. Recognizing that wellness is holistic, I honor the role of spirituality in the therapeutic journey, intentionally integrating my clients' personal beliefs and values into our collaborative work.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will find a welcoming, supportive, and non-judgmental space where the focus is entirely on your story. My primary goal is to ensure you feel deeply understood and comfortable as we begin to build our therapeutic alliance. Through an experiential lens, I will ask open-ended questions that allow you to explore your concerns and aspirations at your own pace. Together, we will outline your specific goals and design a customized plan of action—a clinical roadmap tailored uniquely to your life. We will also establish a convenient schedule to ensure your healing process remains a consistent and manageable priority.
